David Cherechinsky

Mr. Cherechinsky is the President and Chief Executive Officer for DNOW as well as a Director. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Financial Officer for DNOW from February 2018 to May 2020 and Chief Accounting Officer from May 2014 to February 2018. He previously served as National Oilwell Varco’s Senior Vice President of Finance for the Distribution & Transmission business segment from 2011 to 2014, and was the Vice President of Finance for the Distribution Services business unit from 2003 to 2011. He began his career at National Oilwell Varco in 1989, and has held various corporate roles including Internal Auditor, Credit Management, and Business Analyst.

Mark Johnson
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mark Johnson

Mr. Johnson is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for DNOW. He previously served as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for DNOW from February 2018 to May 2020 and Vice President - Finance and Assistant Corporate Controller from May 2014 to February 2018. He served as Vice President - Finance for National Oilwell Varco (NOV) Distribution Services business unit from 2012 until it was spun off in May 2014. Mr. Johnson joined NOV in 2008 as a Worldwide Controller after working in public accounting and is a CPA.

Raymond Chang
General Counsel
Raymond Chang

Mr. Chang is the General Counsel of DNOW. Previously, he worked for National Oilwell Varco where he held numerous positions within its Legal Department starting in 2001, including Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary from 2009 through 2014. Prior to joining National Oilwell Varco, Mr. Chang was an associate at the law firm of Baker & McKenzie.

Kelly Munson
Chief Administrative and Information Officer
Kelly Munson
Ms. Munson was appointed Chief Administrative and Information Officer of DNOW in 2020. Prior to this role, she served as our Director of Organizational Development and Human Resources responsible for global HR Organization Development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Recruiting. Kelly joined the company 11 years ago and has held progressive roles in employee training and development, organization development, talent management, and leadership development. Kelly oversaw the implementation of Workday, our HRIS system and the creation of many of our leadership development programs such as SCMI, HiPO, and our Executive Leadership Program. Ms. Munson is a member of the Energy Workforce & Technology Council (formerly PESA) HR committee and Diversity and Inclusion Program committee and was a past member of its Emerging Leaders Committee.
Clent Rawlinson
Senior Vice President, Process Solutions
Clent Rawlinson - Senior Vice President, Process Solutions

Mr. Rawlinson is Senior Vice President, Process Solutions for DNOW, having assumed the position in 2021. He most recently held the position of Vice President of Operations, Process Solutions. Over the previous 25 years, Clent has held numerous roles in sales and operations, including Vice President of Corporate Sales and Vice President of Sales and Operations International Energy Centers, where he spent 9 years living internationally while managing various areas of the international business. He began his career 30 years ago with an E&P company and then Wilson Supply, before joining NOV Distribution in Corpus Christi, Texas in 1996.

Timm Bohnert
Vice President, Supply Chain
Timm Bohnert

Mr. Bohnert is Vice President, Global Supply Chain for DNOW having assumed the position in 2020.   He most recently held the position of Vice President of Pricing & Sourcing. Over the previous 14 years, Timm held various Supply Chain and Project Management positions for DNOW and Wilson Supply, as well as with Emerson.  Timm began his career in Marketing and Product Line Management with Maverick Tube Corporation, the North American leader in welded pipe and tube products.

Brad Wise
Vice President, Digital Strategy and Investor Relations
Brad Wise

Mr. Wise is Vice President, Digital Strategy and Investor Relations for DNOW. Prior to this role, he was Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for National Oilwell Varco’s Distribution Services business unit when he joined in 2012 as part of the Wilson Supply acquisition. From 2009 to 2011, he served as Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for Wilson Supply. From 2005 to 2009, Mr. Wise was Vice President at Maverick Technologies, responsible for Sales, Business Development, and Marketing. From 1996 to 2005, he held various roles within Sales Management and Business Development with Dresser Industries, Halliburton Company, and Dresser Inc.
