HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 7, 2018--
NOW Inc. (NYSE: DNOW) announced today that Michael Frazier, a member of
the NOW Inc. Board of Directors, has passed away.
Mr. Frazier had been a director of the Company since May 2014. Mr.
Frazier was with Simmons & Company International, an independent
investment bank specializing in the energy industry, from 1992, and
served as its President and Chief Executive Officer from 2002 and 2005,
respectively, and as its Chairman from 2009, until its acquisition by
Piper Jaffray Companies in February 2016.
